Join us for an extraordinary evening with Sommelier William Davis as he leads us through a curated collection of Italy’s most captivating wines. From the refined Bisol “Cartizze” Prosecco to the volcanic Benanti Etna Rosso & the extraordinary Arnaldo Caprai “25 Anni” Sagrantino, discover five exceptional wines selected for their character, pedigree & sense of place. Chef Adam Siegel & his culinary team will present a six-course dinner paired with these exceptional Italian wines.
